Mumu's Commission TOS

  • I will not issue a refund UNLESS I am unable to complete your commission.

  • I have the right to decline any commission I don't feel comfortable doing.

  • Please be patient, I work on top of having multiple commissions at one time. For turnaround times please ask.

  • My art under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may be used for commercial use.

  • My art will NEVER be allowed to be uploaded to any AI art generator.

  • My art will NEVER be allowed to be made into an NFT.

  • You may post your commission, but please credit me on the appropriate social media.

  • I reserve any/all rights to post your commission, and will post some commissions with a watermark. Please do not be offended if I do or don't post yours.

  • Please do not COPY/STEAL/TRACE my art.

  • Payment for commissions $15 and under is preferred to be paid IN FULL upfront.

  • Payment for commissions $15 and over is preferred to be paid HALF upfront.

  • My ONLY form of payment is PayPal.
